The purpose of these rituals is TO RECHARGE or tap into our EXPLOSIVE ENERGY - the kind of energy that makes us want to move and express ourselves physically. Following the sequence of the SHORT RITUALS and performing a combination of them, we focus on a particular sense or/and energy source at the time.  During these RECHARGING RITUALS, this EXPLOSIVE ENERGY energy flows from the source and spreads through the entire body - it gives you the sensation of wanting to "explode".
