The purpose of these rituals is TO RECHARGE or tap into our EXPLOSIVE ENERGY - the kind of energy that makes us want to move and express ourselves physically. Following the sequence of the SHORT RITUALS and performing a combination of them, we focus on a particular sense or/and energy source at the time.  During these RECHARGING RITUALS, this EXPLOSIVE ENERGY energy flows from the source and spreads through the entire body - it gives you the sensation of wanting to "explode".

The purpose of these rituals is TRANSMUTE the energy gathered during the day into POTENTIAL ENERGY - a less physical and more internal energy than the EXPLOSIVE ENERGY but equally powerful.  Following the sequence of the SHORT RITUALS and performing a combination of them, we focus on a particular sense or/and energy source at the time.  The NIGHT RITUALS are OFFERING CREATIVE CEREMONIES during which we GIVE BACK TO THE WORLD the EXPLOSIVE ENERGY and FOCUS on bringing the energy inwards.
